  I'm a general contractor who has successfully applied for a building permit. The permit has been issued. They are so backward Bolshevik that they haven't figured out a way for contractors to pick up their permits AFTER these permits have been issued. Therefore, contractors arrive, take a number, and wait an hour for the permit to be handed to them. This is asinine. Yet, it wouldn't be the government if it weren't. Yet, the ladies inside were nice. This bumped the review up to a 2 star.
