  My fiance and I were interested in purchasing a bucket lift truck and found one online at Global Used Truck Sales in Tampa. We called ahead and spoke to Brian. Since we live 45 minutes away we wanted to ask about the condition of the truck and lift advertised since we didn't want to waste the seller's or our time if the item wasn't in good working condition. My fiance asked Brian about it and was told that the bucket lift and the truck were in good working order but the truck had a few cosmetic issues. We felt that was reasonable and "a few cosmetic issues" wouldn't be an issue and was expected considering the truck was several years old.
  We immediately made the drive down to Tampa. The truck WAS NOT in "good working order" (A/C wasn't working, the bucket lift did not work properly-- the hydraulics didn't work) so, after a 45 minutes drive to inspect the truck prior to purchase, we were quite disappointed and politely said goodbye and left. Sad. We are serious buyers who feel we were lied to and we both bit out tongues vs. giving Brian a piece of our minds for wasting our time prior to our departure. BEWARE!
