  Apparently the owners of Reeves never read Yelp ratings or comments. The are quick to sell you a nice car but their service dept is very poor. They do not answer their phone or call you back if you leave a message. If you have scheduled a courtesy car drop off for service don't count on them even showing up. I am surprised that Reeves can stay in business which such a poor quality and poorly run service department.
