  After moving to Tampa 3 yrs ago my wife was scared to look for a stylist. I researched online for her and all I can say is my wife's hair hasn't looked this good in years. Thank you Tonya!!!

  I am writing this review almost a month and a half since I got my hair done here, but I am still so angry about how my hair was cut. The bottom line is the customer is always right! If I ask you to cut my hair a certain way it doesn't matter what your opinion is or anyone else's or how you usually do it on other people. How I want my hair should be the only thing that hat matters. Considering I am the one that has to wear it every day and it on my head! I was told by the hairstylist how she thought I should cut my hair. The older lady was condescending because she had a difference of opinion on how my hair should be. I knew what I wanted and I should've gotten that and only that. I was also insulted because I didn't want my hair trimmed all over, Which is rude. I was told, "well we don't like to leave hair untrimmed as hairstylist". I do not care what you like, If I'm paying for it I should get my hair however I choose and not be insulted because I don't want it the way the norm is. I will never go back here again. I am clearly upset because my hair was cut in a way I hate and since over 8 inches was cut it will take forever for my hair to grow back and I hate looking at it every day. Also my hair was not straightened, My bang was cut crooked, and the over all customer service is not great Worst mistake choosing this place. They need to learn that the customer should have their hair done the way that pleases them and not the way they chose for you!!!
