    Been 11 days now since our appt. and still waiting to get prescription. Prescription should not be rocket science for a dermatologist office-it consists of acne cleanser and topical. They do not listen to their voicemails on the nurse hotline. If you need to reach them, call like you are making a new appt. so you can get someone live. This is downright comical at this point if I weren't so livid.
