    In the process of renting here due to a job relocation I have worked with Pam over e-mail/phone. She has been incredibly pleasant to work with, always willing to answer my questions (I ask a lot!), and has been very clear on dates/costs/apartment location/school information as well as recommended companies for specific needs we have. When Pam was out of office one day, Kaley stepped in and covered for her in e-mails and was just as courteous and quick as Pam had been. We haven't moved in yet, but if this is any clue as to how renting here will go, we are very pleased. I'll update and review again once we're in and moved. --------- Edit: One month after move in - Nice apartment, friendly neighbors. The walls aren't very thick so when our neighbors play loud music on Thursday nights, you can hear it. However, they always turn it off at a decent time so it's not that big of a deal. We're on the first floor and you can hear my upstairs neighbor from time to time but we've gotten used to it, so again not a big deal. We still love it here and the initial review stands but to add location is incredible. Friendly staff, maintenance is quick to do repairs (we've only had a couple small requests). I definitely recommend!
