  I made a new patient appointment here and showed up today for that
  appointment this afternoon. This office is Nothing like your normal
  doctor's office but more like an emergency room/walk-in clinic set up.
  You check in at divided triage type windows where the employees treat
  you like cattle vs. a person. They have no personality or hospitality
  at all! You are asked to sign numerous documents electronically of
  which you don't get to see a copy of prior to signing nor did I
  receive a copy of after signing. We also were called to "check in"
  after another patient got up from that window.. shortly after that a
  lady in gloves came out with spray cleaner to clean the walls, chair,
  signing pen, computer ect of that cubical. The employee behind the
  counter proceeded to get a spray can of disinfectant and randomly
  spray the air while laughing. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE to say the least.
  
  While we were there my wife decided to make an appointment for herself
  and the employee just stated that she would provide the "scheduling
  department number". After my wife stated that was strange that she
  couldn't make the appointment onsite the lady reluctantly started to make the appointment. My wife decided against proceeding as did I with
  my appointment. We felt very un-welcome and much like we were at a
  walk in clinic or ER so we decided to leave and find a new doctor. We
