  Had one nerve "temporary" injection to locate site, paid deductible that was asked for. Went back a month later to have the "real" nerve root ambilation, paid required dedcutible. Now I am getting over $1500 in bills from this facility! They can't tell me why and they don't have records of my original paid deductibles. Shady billing practices

  Do not come here,this place is a joke.
  They give wrong appointment time and wrong info and act stupid.This is the worst place I have ever dealt with.They should be shut down,STUPID STUPID JUST STUPID
