  I have lived here for over a year and a half, and my experience has been incredible here!
  The amenities are constantly being upgraded, the location to water can't be beat (sunsets are beautiful from either dock that is right over the water), the pools are right next to the water and both have their charm, large grills on the premises are convenient, a new dog park that has everything a dog owner could need, kayak racks, bike racks, boat parking, a market on the property, and of course the new gym complete with classes makes this place EVERYTHING you need at an affordable price. The proximity to St. Pete and all of the great bars that South Tampa has to offer are a cheap Uber ride away, or just pull up your boat to some of the best ones!
  Out of everything, though, I'd have to say the staff here is great, helpful, friendly and completely there when you need them. Last year I was stuck with a 2 bedroom and Pedro came to my rescue with a new apt, a new lease, and an eye opening experience that I have never forgotten. Pedro has continued to check on me, help give me rides when my packages are too large, and be there as an ear to bend with anything I could bring him. He's at every event that they host (yep, events on site too!) and always greets you with a smile, offering any help he can.
  All in all, being here in Tampa on my own has only been an amazing experience with the help of this community. If you are looking for a place to call home, look no further.
