  Finishing up a year at Camden Preserve, I just re-signed my lease for another year which speaks to my positive experience here. The property is well maintained and quiet. I often work from home and see the maintenance folks across the property cleaning and maintaining the parking lot and various buildings.
  
  Communication from the leasing office has been quick and effective. During the hurricane Irma evacuation, the office sent out regular updates regarding the state of the property and status to returning and having services return to normal. For this, I cannot thank them enough. Additionally, when I required maintenance on my specific apartment (I needed to have an AC unit replaced), the staff was professional, quick, and courteous.
  
  Honestly, apartment communities are hit and miss when it comes to residents and management staff. But Laura, the staff at Camden Preserve, and my neighbors have made my home here enjoyable.
