  OMG! Just left there, we did not know about this place, a good friend recommend it to us on our way into Tampa to shop. So GRATEFUL.... what a great experience, our salesman Sean was the greatest so patient and helpful answered all our questions and gave us all the information we needed to make a section that we were all happy with.. He let us take all the time we needed with NO pressure!! Totally Recommend this place... GO ASK FOR SEAN!! You'll be happy you did!!

  As always, the experience of buying a vehicle from CarMax is, well, AMAZING! What I like the most is the fact that the financing is done right in front of you and you will see everything that the sales person enters into the computer. If you've been there before all basic information is pulled in no time and continue with all the finance part. This is what I call transparency! Unlike regular dealerships who do all of that "while you get some coffee over there (wink, wink)". Once the credit offers come in, they are there for you to see and compare what is best for your specific financial situation. Again all of it right in front of you.
  Of course the experience would not be complete without the human side! Norman greeted me with a big smile and guided me through the process in a friendly non-aggressive way and with patience. He even offered to leave me alone so I could look through the lot without any pressure! He never questioned anything but was always quick to offer helpful advice.
  This one veteran is an extremely happy customer and will never go anywhere but CarMax to purchase vehicles!
