  Challenger pools resurfaced my in-ground (about 10000 gal. pool), the job was done as planned and promised; the finished product looks very good so far. We are following the detailed instructions very accurately and we will report in 45 days from now on the final outcome.
  I gave a five star rating for the following reasons:
  1- all work was done as promised and as scheduled.
  2- Mr. Masher Jay, was prompt in answering my phone calls and emails. he proved to be very reliable, he is straightforward and professional in his dealings.
  3- Challenger pools corrected one minor laps done on the part of one of the subcontractors promptly, efficiently and as promised using his own service personnel.
  4- I had to deal directly with Challenger pool personnel directly, they completed their assigned jobs to my full satisfaction, answered my questions and offered assistance if I needed it.
  In summary: it was a pleasant experience done by professional and reliable good people.
