  Bought a washer and dryer set that I have had for a little over a year now with no problems so when the time came to replace our stove and refrigerator around Thanksgiving we didn't hesitate to go to Chester's. The stove was infested with roaches! I had to remove the stove from the house and set off a couple bombs in it to kill them all. 1/15/2018 the refrigerator (Bought the week of Thanksgiving) stopped cooling. I called Chester to see if he could diagnose the issue being that it barely made it two months, but he refused. I didn't ask for a free repair and was more than willing to pay and even drop off the appliance at the store. This is how recurring customers get treated! Instead I ended up paying a repairman $200.00 to fix the fridge. I know I'm buying used appliances and not expecting Chester to go above and beyond to please me, but I did expect a business to recognize a good and understanding customer and maybe go that extra little step to try and accommodate the customer.
