  My car brokeys down in their parking lot and I had to wait over 4 hours to be towed. The staff was friendly, understanding, and sympathetic to my situation. Great service!!!

  Cold coffee, and when I said something he told me to microwave it and charged me full price on a refill! Spoke to the manager who said she'd make new coffee, but if you machine is unable to keep it hot, what's the point? I'm Not going to go back, there are plenty of other Shell stations.
