  Despite all the madness, the apartments are very spacious and quiet, the ladies in the office are very understanding and they put in maintenance request as requested, Ms.Tee (the office manager) is so sweet she knocked $100 off my rent due to the problems I was having.. All in all I haven't had anymore problems with my apartment since the rat was caught.
