  Can never get through to the pharmacy whether it is in person or over the phone. I had been waiting on hold for almost 30 min and then decided to call the regular store number and see what was up and now back on hold going on 20 min. It is the same way in the actual store waiting to pick up at the pharmacy. Have waited in the drive thru for 30 mins before and at least 15-20 min inside without being helped or acknowledged there. I've never seen anything like this before.

  Noticed an item for babies was on sale and had a sticker stating it was $1 off with your CVS card. The sale price did not ring up with my card and when I told the sales associate about the sale he simply said 'No.' He didn't even bother offering to go look at the item to see the sticker stating the sale. I told him I simply wouldn't be taking the item as the sale price was basically 25% off and the only reason I was going to buy the item. Very dissappointed with the associates lack of interest in helping me make my purchase.
