  Pharmacy staff does not have one ounce of customer service... told me the Dr wrote the wrong prescription when in fact the pharmacy was wrong and did not have it on hand... explained to me that I needed to contact the dr to get a new prescription.... and were rude.
  Unacceptable!
  Come on CVS.... you can do better.
  Dissapointing!

  Crowded pharmacy at any point of the day.Drive thru keep waiting for eons.why they don’t increase pharmacy staff.need a Walgreens right across to shut CV s monopoly.

  I came to pickup a prescription and despite there being 5 employees available it took me 5 minutes to initially be called. I then am told to go to drop off, where an extremely unfriendly employee inputs my information. Then, she sends me back to the line that I was originally in to wait behind 3 other people who weren’t there when I first got in line. Rude, unprofessional, and obviously don’t want to provide customer service!
