  The worst people I've ever had to deal with. Over the phone they told me I had an appointment August 30th, That I paid $293 for. I kept calling to confirm but got no answer. When the date came I called and asked what time I was supposed to come in & the person who answered said I was already late and had to pay a $175 (but they say they sent me a package saying the time) So I had to pay for a date two months later, even though the same incompetent lady was antagonizing me on the phone (who never sent me the registration package, twice now). I asked on three separate occasions can they send the package but it still hasn't arrived. I have an evaluation tomorrow and don't have a clue when I'm supposed to be there.
