  On my first-ever visit to this vet, I was blown away by the difference a personal touch can make. Like most animals, my cat has always harbored a lot of anxiety about visiting the vet. She tends to struggle with strangers trying to handle her, and she would always leave my old vet's office in a frazzled state. The experience would take her out of commission most of the rest of the day. I accepted this was just part of having a cat.
  
  But this time was so much different! My cat was calmer because both the vet and technician were so much more conscientious about her mental state. They made it very easy, administered the shots and nail-clipping right in front of me, and my Missy was in good spirits before we even got back to the car! None of the lethargic aftermath where she hides for 6 hours after getting home.
  
  I can't say enough good things about how well the staff treated my cat, and how much better the results were than any trip to the vet I've ever had in 4 years!
