    Cool place for an event! We had an awards ceremony for my work at this venue and it was great! Very large space, So much stuff so far as props, stage etc everywhere. I will say that the sound system needs a bit of an upgrade. When speaking in the microphone I sounded a bit like Charlie Brown's parents. Very muffled and not very understandable. There were quite a few rooms with different themes. I will say that when you arrive, the parking lot and the outside of the building looks a bit sketchy but just walk inside and you'll be in another world. They would probably benefit from upgrading their signage and the overall external presentation of the building but again, great venue for events!

    Yup, was looking at this venue for a wedding, and now I understand what others have said about the owner's responses. Defensive, condescending, insulting, doesn't offer to make it right or act like they care.They only seem interested in insulting the reviewer and puffing out their chest. If this is the way they handle google reviewers, how is this venue going to treat me if I am not happy about something? It sucks too, cause this one was at the top of my list. Oh well. If I see an improvement in customer service skills, and I really hope I do, I'll revisit this venue.
