  So many things went wrong this this store. It took almost 7 weeks to get one of the 2 watches back after being quoted only 2 weeks. When visiting the mall on a separate trip I went to follow up and they had misplaced my watch and promised to call when they found it. It took me following up days later to make sure they had not lost it. At that point the watch maker told me they had been dropped by Citizen for parts and was trying to sort out that relationship. The woman at the desk was rude on more than one occasion and never empathetic to my concerns. When it finally was ready it sat for days without attempting to let me know it was ready. The quote was lower than the price of repair. Never once was I offered an apology. Service is not a priority here. Will not be back.
