  my name is josefina. I went to pick up my son whom was playing basketball. I explained to one of the front desk person that I was going to pick up my son and she told me to go ahead. suddenly another front desk person told in an arrogant attitude that she needed to walk with me to the basketball court. I was surprised and asked her why? since I have been there before and that never happened before. I also asked her :how about if I have to wait for him to finish a game or if I wanted to see him playing? she said that she would wait with me but I was not allowed to be there and she will be with me until I leave. I felt humiliated and I am not going back there anymore.
