  Literally one of the most kind hearted and compassionate persons that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I recently got into an awful car wreck, and had the good fortune of having what little was left of my vehicle towed to Freddies. Apart from giving me great advice on how to handle the next several steps in the demolition/insurance process, he also provided comfort and assurance to my mother who lives on the opposite side of the country and who was worried sick. Before seeing my car, I called to make sure that I could come to the lot and remove my personal effects. Freddies kindness and concern for my well-being was so overwhelming that I actually started to cry over the phone! He is a good natured and honest man who will do anything in his power to help those who have been faced with a bad situation such as myself.
