  The prep guy was very rude. Usually whoever is the prep gives me hands signals to stop and when to put the car on neutral, but this kid did not do any of these steps and was very rude when giving directions. Instead he took it upon himself to yell the directions at me, while my windows were all the way up. Gee I dont think I can hear you or believe that you are acknowledging me. Judging by his behavior, he doesn't like his job. Then why is he working there in the first place? I usually go there because its close by but after this experience I will not be returning again.

  The car wash broke down while I was going through. One of the workers (M.R.) wrote me a note to come back for a wash and then wouldn't acknowledge that I paid for a Works Wash and gave me the cheapest wash instead. I come here because it's so close to me house but there's always something wrong with this place. It's always breaking down or there's always something wrong with their stuff. I'll stop at the other one omw to USF instead. =/
