  Dr. Cromer spends time with you to really understand why you are there and what are your concerns. You never feel rushed. Wait time upon arrival is extremely minimal (2 to 5 minutes)- what a breath of fresh air for a doctor's office. Staff works hard and very caring. I will never switch or leave this practice.
