  I've never had any trouble in the office everbody is always very nice. I just find it very hard to speack to someone to make an appointment fir my daughter. That's why I don't give them 5 stars.

  EDIT: While I still stand behind my previous review, they need to hire at least one person for phones. Over the last two weeks I have called 5 times to schedule an appointment. Three of those times I got the answering service, even though it was mid-morning or mid-afternoon during times they were open. The other two times I was put on hold for over 20 minutes and gave up. You are losing business people!! I don't know if the problem is that your staff is not trained to deal with phone calls or you simply don't have enough staff to cover the phones, but this is how new customers make contact with you, so I would highly recommend finding a solution to this problem. In reading your reviews, I see that this is an ongoing problem.
  
  Previous review: I don't understand all the negative reviews. I've been there many times and each time have a great experience. Dentist and supporting staff are very kind and take time to explain things. Dentist gives me options and suggestions to help my teeth to prevent having work done (and does not charge me for it as one review suggested). I have had to wait a little, which is the reason for only four stars, but from my experience that is the same at any dentist. Greenberg is highly recommended in my book.
