  DINERS BEWARE!!! SOME OF THE WORST RESTAURANT SERVICE AT WEST SHORE MALL.
  If I wasn't celebrating with family, I would say this is one of the worst experiences EVER! Restaurant is pretty empty in the afternoon and hostess has a non-welcoming look on her face like we are bothering her for showing up. Mind you, we are less than 4 in the party and immediately suggests we sit outside shortly after it just got done raining. Eventually she seats us and quickly rambles off incomprehensible menu info (something about this is your drinks menu, etc.) and is too concerned about some chitchat she's having with another hostess at the front. So, we wait...and we wait...and wait....finally our server, Carlos, shows up and though nice, not particularly happy that we're not ordering alcoholic beverages. Quickly takes orders and only seen or heard from again about 35 minutes+ later. Some other server shows up and brings the pizza. Asks if we'd like her to serve us and almost seems bothered by us saying yes! If you don't want to serve us, then don't ask or seek another kind of non-service job! OMG! Eventually Carlos shows up to ask if we want refills when we're already ready to leave and need a small box for leftovers. While the pizza was delicious, it was very sloppily made and had several stray toppings we never ordered. I could tell that other diners were also not pleased given that the "so-called managers" were back and forth correcting incorrect orders, offering comp desserts and the such. Really upset how a family outing to celebrate a happy event was diminished by super bad, slow and non-welcoming service. Pathetic excuses of younger, inexperienced employees and lackluster management. Insult to injury was the super fake and forced, come back now statement from the other hostess. Not sure we're going back there or will only consider take-out, though one wonders what that experience would be like!

  I am a frequent customer at Grimaldis and I have had a delicious pizza every single time. The waiters are overall friendly and the entire restaurant has a friendly vibe. Recently however, they started charging for toppings and the prices are INSANE! It is ridiculous that they would start doing that. Would have been four stars, but they're getting three for the ridiculous prices for the toppings.
