  I came to this shop on 8/5/17 at 4:18 pm for my daughter's 4:30appointment with Fatou.
  Fatou came highly recommended from a family friend. With me not having any social media accounts any longer I verified Fatou's work on google. I knew we'd be in the right hands for what we wanted. However, on 8/2 I text Fatou asking her if we could come at 5pm instead she said no 4:30pm. At 4:09pm I text Fatou and asked if my daughter would be in her chair at 4:30pm because my daughter had her last basketball game of the season scheduled at 3:35pm, the tournament unfortunately was running behind but we knew we had to leave regardless to make Fatou's appointment in respect of her time. At 4:09pm the basketball game still hasn't started and I never got a reply text from Fatou so we left and arrived to her shop at 4:18pm to see another woman in her chair with the top portion of her head NOT done and the rest of her head not cut or styled. I introduced myself and Fatou quickly told me she'd be wrapping up with the woman's hair soon. At 5:09pm I asked Fatou how long does she think before she'd start my daughter's hair, she nonchalantly said an hour. We left. I say this to any prospective customers to this shop and Fatou, if you like to have your time and money respected, do not consider her. There's plenty other stylist out there who still respects and values your business so go to them instead. This is why black busines continues to struggle.
