  Food and service both stale. Cake was moist and tasty. Rice was dry and clumpy. Tso chicken was dry and difficult to chew. They're attempt at customer service was fake and the refills were slow. The cucumber & carrot salad (difficult to mess up) was fresh. The noodles were dry but tolerable. Ice cream was melted (need to turn down the temp); the waitress eating out of her hands was alarming but she was very pleasant and customer friendly. Restaurant appeared clean. Atmosphere comforting with the soft music and Asian themed decor.

  Food is so so. Service is great. Not the best buffet I've been to but as far as South Tampa goes, it's OK.
