  I recently purchased the Kobe sofa and loveseat from Havertys. When they were delivered I was extremely disappointed. I had never sat on a sofa as uncomfortable as these were; they were rock hard. We aren't even using them. When I explained this to my saleslady, she argued that I had no complaints when I sat on the ones in the store. I explained that the floor samples had probably been on the floor for awhile and many people had sat on them. Under the circumstances they were a lot softer. It is my intention to sell this sofa and loveseat and find something we can sit on.
