  **WARNING** long read - DON'T move -in!!!
  
  Heritage Pines is an income restricted apartment that offers affordable living. Irregardless, whether a tenant resides as a temporary tenant or long term ALL people should be treated with respect especially when a company/business are providing a service.
  
  My husband purchased me a new vehicle on 9/15/2016 in less than 24 hrs of signing buyers agreement and before the down payment could clear the bank our families automobile was towed!!
  We understand that every apt. complex has policies and procedures that they must adhere by. However, never once were we advised that if a newly acquired vehicle had temporary tags the vehicle is considered "not a resident" vehicle. To take precautions we attempted to park in visitor parking near our building however those few parking spaces were occupied as they usually are. Due to me being only 2 weeks post surgery I was physically unable to walk a far distance so my husband parked where we usually park.
  
  Additionally speaking, my husband purchased a vehicle earlier this year and due to the inconveniencing office hours (12pm-6pm) he was unable to attain a parking decal; however his vehicle was not towed!! He wasn't worried because an associate/employee (Elaine) of Heritage Pines advised him that towing only takes place on Mondays.
  
  Of course, there's a NEW " " policy now that we were never notified of that towing takes place daily!!
  
  After calling the emergency line the same associate that gave false information gave us a call back
  Her words to my husband, "were too bad, you had bad luck".. The onsite office manager, Georgette really led by example and laughed while my husband was speaking and told him nonchalantly that this happens weekly. We asked for Concord Mgmt contact info and it was refused.
  There was no empathy, no care, nor an apology for false information. I highly discourage anyone from
  Becoming tenants at this poor property. We will be ending our lease very soon. This company is unethical, lacks morals and has very poor customer service.
