  Bought a Ring Doorbell 2 on their site and chose this location which showed five available units. They charged my card.
  
  I show up 3 hours after I placed the order (it should take two hours to fulfill).
  
  Long story, short: they didn't have the unit I reserved, showed no desire to fix the problem and basically told me to go to another store.
  
  Called the manager after I left to express my frustrations that I wasted an hour of my lunch break to pick up a product that they claimed to have in stock, which wasn't.
  
  He basically told me that it's because people steal and they are working on it.
  
  Not sure what customer service training that dude took, but the more appropriate response would have been 'oh wow, that is no good. How can I make this right?'.
  
  Really, really poorly managed location. Avoiding in the future.
