  I had take out around 9:00 pm, the service was really bad. My fries were hard at at that time...the chicken wings were covered in BBQ sauce like if it was BBQ soup instead. They almost forgot my drink till I said something. My bag was full of sauce when I took the things out. Overall the experience was bad for almost a 20$ take out. They seem preoccupied and unable to handle their customers properly. It doesn't matter the time or how busy they get, every customer should be important. I would definitely not be going to that location. What a shame because that's a great location.

  Worst customer service. I went out with a few family members, two of which were in their 30's and 40's and the other two were under 18. I had just turned 21 and wanted to order a drink. The ID I have is out of state because I just moved and it's an identification card, not a license. But still valid. The older two men ordered a pitcher of beer and once the waitress came back she asked about myself and my little sisters. I decided on a fruity drink and proceeded to give the waitress my ID. She takes literally 30 seconds just staring at it. I told her where my birthday was on the card. She then made every excuse to try and say it wasn't valid. She even asked for my younger sisters' ID's, which doesn't make sense if the older people I was with was able to order and no one else had to show ID. Well, she took it over to her manager and had him come over to make sure it's valid. He was smart enough to know what an ID looks like. Even though you could easily look up what a North Carolina identification card looks like but whatever. Anyway, the waitress comes back with my juice. And that's just it. Juice. No alcohol. I then call over our new waitress and ask for another drink. She asked to see my ID and also said it's fake. She claimed to have gotten her manager but all she did was go into the back and grab a booklet trying to find a reason not to give me alcohol. We ended up leaving but had to pay for my "alcoholic beverage." Hooters is good if you want to see pretty girls and I guess to buy over priced juice but other than that they suck. Just go to wing house. Better girls, better food and better service.
