  The most awful interaction/customer service I have ever expeirenced at a mechanical "repair". I went in to pick up my car after getting a quote for A/C repair, and upon starting up my vehicle I noticed the ABS lights on my dashboard remained on and didnt go off. I waited a little and restarted my car to see if my ABS lights would remain on and surely it did. I went back in to let the lady at the front desk know, and she went to ask a mechanic, and they told her my ABS lights were on when it arrived. Me knowing my vehicle knew that was not the truth, I would not drive a vehicle with ABS lights on knowing how dangerous it can be. I let the lady know that my ABS lights were not on, and she went to go get another mechanic named Joe. Joe came in the office and asked what was wrong with my car, I explained to him the same thing I stated to the lady, he then proceeded to cut me off, and condescendly responded that when you start up your car the lights come on. I said I am aware of that but my ABS lights remained on. This man then asked me to show him what I am talking about, we walk to my vehicle and I show him the lights. From there he said he said the light was on when they got the vehicle. I responded with no they were not. I then asked I just want to know why the light is on as I don't want to drive a potentially unsafe vehicle. He showed no effective communicative skills and proceeded to cut me off accusing me of having an attititude. I was on the phone with a friend at the time who was concerned about the light being on as well and overheard him rudely accusing me of having an attitude. I responded with I don't have an attitude I am simply explaining something to you and you keep cutting me off. He then proceeds to plug in a device to my car, and ask me erase something. After I asked what will he be erasing, he gets upset raises his voice at me. Which I found to be really surprising. I can only assume he was too incompetent to explain the issue or matter to me and decided to deflect and be unprodessional. So therefore I do not reccomend this place and will NEVER bring my business here.
