  I lived in a 2/2 unit for two years, the second year was under Infinity's management. It's a nice location with great amenities. The staff is friendly and everything is well-maintained. I never had an emergency but maintenance staff always came the day I requested them. Parking can be limited late at night, but that wasn't a deal-breaker for me. The only big negative for me was the heavy upgrading in progress by Infinity. Of course, renovating is always loud. They would often start very early in the morning and end sometime between 5-7pm. Water was also occasionally shut off some mornings for as long as 4 hours with little advance notice. It wasn't why I moved, but I can only imagine how worse the disruption might've been if I transferred to a unit that was being upgraded. (Assuming they're still upgrading) I wouldn't recommend this location if you work from home like me, or if you work overnight shifts. Otherwise, they have my recommendation.
