  Went in to dealership at end of August for torque converter replaced. Had it replaced no problem. Engine vibration resolved. Since that time, engine has rumbled moderately at idling, not affecting performance. Took it in for second time. They said something about flashing the hardware - or something similar. Had to bring it back another day. Left it 3rd day, and they performed service on it. Rumbling idle is still present. I can't keep wasting my time leaving the car all day and then shuttling back and forth to work. Apparently, no one in the Chevrolet universe can figure out the idle rumble .
  
  On top of that, the only time I can arrive is 7am. There are workers present at the service department by this time, and none of them at least acknowledged that I was there. I understand that they haven't clocked in yet and aren't obligated to be polite/courteous - and trust me, I don't want to get up in the morning and go to work either - but considering I have to work (like a big boy), as well, and inconvenience myself because your dealership can't figure out what's wrong with my $40000 Camaro SS, it would be a little nice if they could just take my car early or at least acknowledge my presence.
  
  The shuttle service was nice, and the driver was friendly. My service adviser was also overall somewhat courteous. However, there is no such thing as a car problem that is a complete mystery. My guess is that they are waiting until the warranty expires, which isn't really a shocker to me.
