  Please do not go here. Three of my shirts were lost at this location in early May. It took over three months for the customer service to provide a reimbursement check. The check was for 40% of the retail value of my three dress shirts, each under a year old. The customer service staff dragged it out as long as possible, and one lady in particular was extremely useless in helping facilitate the process because she would not provide any contact information for her superior. Customer service should help the costumer, all QPC does is tell you "if you give me your name and number, I will have someone call you," because either they cannot do anything themselves, or they want to drag it out to avoid making payment. Also, they refused to reimburse me the money spent on the ticket that they lost.
  If you want to pay someone to probably lose your clothes, then go here. Also there is a very high staff turnover rate at this location, which shows that the company is not very good, since their own employees don't stay.
  I had been using this location for at least 8 months before this occurred, but it has left a bitter taste so I will no longer be a customer, and I recommend everyone do the same.
