  To rate this one star is generous. Rude on the phone. But I thought maybe receptionist was having a bad day. I totally understand if there is a difference in our language. I’m kind and patient. But there’s no excuse for being rude.
  
  My experience got worse upon my visit. Had a 2pm appt. the stylist (rude again) beckoned for me to return at 2:15 or 2:20. I explained that would be a challenge as I had an appointment at Nordstrom at 2:45. She said ok 2:10. I returned at 2:15. (I gave her the extra 5 minutes.) She ignored me and was clearly not ready for me. At 2:23 when she continued to ignore me, I walked out. I went over to Regis and got my hair curled! I thought I would give this salon a try. Forget it. Go to Regis.
