  This company has something that most companies nowadays seem to lack...integrity. I was initially misquoted on the work I was asking to have done and the figures were significantly in my favor. This was not realized until my electrician, Pablo, showed up at my house to do the work. Pablo was on time and dressed professionally for the job. Once I showed him what all I was asking to be done at my house, he realized their mistake and said he had to call his boss to make sure he was aware of the situation. To my surprise, Pablo returned from his phone call and told me that the company was going to honor the original price that was quoted to me. I was very grateful to hear this as the actual cost would have been beyond what I had budgeted to spend on the project. Pablo then spent the whole day working diligently on the project and was able to complete most of the work the same day. Once we realized that the project was going to require another day's work, Pablo volunteered to come back the next day since my schedule wouldn't allow for the work to be completed until the following weekend. Mind you, this was being done on a Saturday and he OFFERED to come back out on Sunday just to accommodate my schedule. The work was completed the next day and everything was tested before Pablo left. All of the work he did for me was top notch and the customer service offered by him and On-Line Electric couldn't have been any better. On-Line Electric is a great company and I will definitely be using them again for any future electrical needs. Thank you, guys, for such a great experience!!
