  We own a SL63 AMG, a S500 and a S550, so I have been there many times. I have been kept waiting there repeatedly for no good reason. They often forget that I need a courtesy car even though it had been mentioned when making the appointment. It takes for ever to get repairs done. I am not impressed with the service they offer and would not recommend the place. Mercedes-Benz used to have a notorious reputation, but now they sell generic cars. I guess that is why Mercedes-Benz of Tampa has adjusted to it, and now they give generic service to everyone.
