  Warning: If you vacate before the end of the rental period, rent paid in advance for that month will not be prorated or refunded, unless you vacate within the first six days of the rental period. No Exceptions. I rented a 10x20 unit, paid almost $200 for rent on November 23rd and had my stuff out the evening of December 1st, only 9 days into the period. However, I was advised since I didn't make the 6-day cutoff the company would be retaining the entire month's rent. It was pointed out to me this is stated in item 19 of the contract, so they are within their legal rights. It doesn't seem fair or even make sense to me. But there it is. They do require you to buy a lock from them, but it's only $15 and it's a clyinder lock which is very secure. They also require you to buy their insurance with a minimum coverage of $3,000 which costs $14 per month. On the up side, the facility is convenient, secure and clean. Ivan is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would consider using the facility again if I had a need in the future. I just like to know what I'm getting into ahead of time so I can make an informed decision. I hope this review is helpful.
