  This was the greatest experience.
  They have beautiful and durable furniture to cater different preferences. Esteban the manager who assisted us was amazing.and in my personal opinion they have the best prices in town. Five starts for me !

  Worst customer service experience. Purchased a twin bed and chest over a month ago. First, they told me furniture would be ready in a week.
  Turned out to be 2 weeks later. The chest was completely defective, broken in several sections. I was advised by "manager" Willy they will put claim through Ashley and that I would receive new chest within 2 weeks. Never heard from them so I called and no response from Willy. I then speak to warehouse "manager" Esteban that it is 4 weeks and he would call me once it gets in, completely different story. It's now 5 weeks in and no response from either so called managers and I am still without a chest. They are rude when speaking to on the phone, nobody takes responsibility on the issue and careless about your furniture since they already got paid. I even try to speak to the sales rep and she is never there. I'm in customer service and they definitely do not have any experience. I am pro supporting local businesses, but STAY AWAY FROM DOING BUSINESS with MG Furniture.
