  At first, I was pleased to have Michaelson repair my dishwasher. I had two other companies come out to no avail. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Then he came out the next day and was not late. I was so pleased I gave this company a 5 star review.
  
  However, when he arrived to fix my appliance the following week (after the part came in), he was grumbling under his breath and saying obscenities to himself while working on the machine. This made my family uncomfortable.
  
  After he left, we went to turn on the water, and it leaked underneath the sink. He never attached the pipe back to the sink. I am happy that I didn't turn the dishwasher on and leave or the kitchen would have been flooded, and floor ruined!
  
  The first experience was good while the second was less than satisfactory. I would not use them again with my warranty due to this.

  Excellent service. Had to call for a dishwasher that was still under warranty. They took care is contacting the store where i night it to get a copy of the receipt. The technician was very professional and figured out the issue. Parts arrived the next day and they rescheduled my appointment so that it was a convenient time for me. Great service overall.
