  Not worth the money. Already having a problem with bugs and I have only been here less than two months. When i requested that it be treated I was asked to wait 5 days for pest control or pay a 35.00 fee. Pest control is included in rent and i shouldn't have ants crawling on my (sealed) pantry food. Its gotten so bad I had them in my purse. Management really needs to do a better job of responding to resident problems. I pay over 1200 dollars for renting a 1 bedroom, I am not paying extra for an oversight on their part. By the way my apartment is spotless clean and I can barely keep my sealed food protected.

  great experience to tour the complex and speak with the agents. Didn't end up leasing here, but I still think I maybe should have.
