  I hired two worker for 4 hours to help my father in law move. I specifically told them, in writing, that 4 hours was the min and the max. All of this is in writing, and I can prove it. I told them I would not be there when the workers were present, but the workers are not authorized beyond the 4 hours. I said the people on site are not paying for this therefore they are not authorized to extend the 4 hour maximum. When I get the bill, they charged me 7 hours for each worker. I filed a dispute with BOA. BOA said that Labor Ready provide a response stating the "supervisor" on site authorized to extend the 4 hours. So part of my beef is with BOA for believing the lies these fraudsters used to overcharge me. But I'll be filing small claims on them. I don't care if it costs me twice as much as I was overcharged, I'm going to drag them through the mud.
