  I stopped in after walking from my Drs appointment. I have stopped in before and was treated extremely nice. Unfortunately, this time my fave flip flops broke. I asked for tape and even bought the new fall room sprays. The first lady in a snobby voice said don't you have a car? She then handed me two pieces of tape as if I was a leper! It wasn't holding up well so I asked 2nd lady whom was there when I asked other lady for tape. She said in a snobby voice " Don't you have a car?" i was mortified for the 2nd time in 5 minutes time! I had already explained that I was taking an Uber ( which many people do) Last time was the first time visiting this Pier one and I loved the lay out. I am dressed nice and always smile and these two nasty ladies make me never want to go back to this store. I only went in to see if they possibly sold flip flops and to enjoy the store. I left in tears. At least I got nice fall room spray.
