  Horrible property management for years by multiple companies. Trash is constantly everywhere and something new breaks every week with very little communication. Bathroom ceiling has been leaking for over a month and a half and no one has been out to look at it, I'm sure that's causing plenty of mold up in the ceiling. Buildings are infested with roaches. Residents constantly throw trash all over the complex with no regards to whether trash actually should go there or not. No one picks up after their dogs. Kids or workers have destroyed the small boardwalk over one of the ponds. This place has the landscape to have so much potential and it's been run into the ground
