  This is a great studio. Very clean and instructors are super nice.
  The workout itself is incredible. I started to get lots of compliments presently on my pasture and being in shape. My arms got great definition and you should see my abs! It is a tough workout, but the classes are fun and over before you know it.

  Training at Pure Barre has enhanced my Pilates and dance skills by strengthening my total body. This is not your ordinary "abs class", the entire core is toned through all working planes. The instructors are adorable and attentive and the women who study there become a family. I've rarely entered any fitness or dance facility with such warmth and genuine enthusiasm. The exercises are challenging at first but are accessible to everyone. Focusing on the small muscle groups creates a beautiful, sculpted physique. Love you all, Barre-B-Dolls.
