  Awful...ruined several shirts of mine. I have some expensive made-to-measure linen button-down dress shirts, so I paid extra for them to be dry cleaned. They told me they don't launder linen shirts because the risk of damage is too high. Well, apparently paying extra for dry cleaning didn't help because they ruined the collar on at least 3 of them. It looks like they are pressing them on very high heat and it is burning holes in the fabric. They were able to fix one of them, but they did a sloppy stitching job and tried to get me to pay for the repairs! The other two shirts have holes that are beyond repair. They took pictures of the shirts that cannot be fixed, but every time I go in there, there's a different person working that I haven't seen before and nobody's been able to help me. I will continue to seek financial restitution for ruining my shirts, but no luck yet. Currently looking for a new cleaner.
