  I have been living in the property for over 3 years. It was rough but the price was good. New owners took over about a year ago. I had a problem with manager because I felt she had an attitude and did not like the residents. I was not going to renew because the rent was going much higher. One day I was leaving the property and saw what I have never seen a manager do, fight for the safety of the residents. I was going to put a bad rev new on her but at that time I understood why she did it. Property has been improved one hundred times better. Not only on the physical aspect but also on how quite and undisturbed it could be. I used to be scared walking out to my car at night, not anymore. Property is amazing. Big units too

  Worst experience in moving into an apartment I have ever had!. Make sure you get a chance to see the ACTUAL unit before you move in because it was nothing but unfinished work. My shelves in my closet consisted of skinny plywood that was spray painted white. Doors that would not close all the way amongst many others. Neadless to say we terminated the lease and got our rent money back. In the process of all that we did not get our deposit back and had to pay to move our stuff in storage until we found another place! Look at their picture, its of a random guy in Target. How weird is that to have on your page. Goes to show you what a joke this place is!

  Termites and fleas was in my apartment prior to moving in. I reported to the landlord on 9 April 2018 I received the key 29 March 2018 she claims I brought them there and she is charging me. How is that possible when all my items are in storage, which is located in South Carolina. I had Aaron to furnish the apartment. So please don’t fall for the renovations bait and switch trick. Lying to customers is a common practice especially if they can make a buck off you.
